Objective: To describe the frequency of acceptance of the COVID-19 vaccine in the Peruvian population, and to assess its associated factors. Methods: We performed a cross-sectional online survey in Peru during July 2020. Those participants who were younger than 15 years old were excluded. A questionnaire was designed to collect sociodemographic data, the frequency of COVID-19 vaccine acceptance, and the main reasons to deny the vaccine. In order to assess associated factors to vaccine acceptance, prevalence ratios (PR) and their 95% confidence intervals (95% CI) were calculated using Poisson regressions with robust variance.
